  • Professor Rebecca Ingber appeared on several podcasts to discuss the U.S. military conducting a lethal strike on an alleged Venezuelan “drug boat.” She was on the Lawfare Daily podcast on Sept. 5, the Just Security podcast on Sept. 9, and Rational Security on Sept. 11.
  • Professor Burton Lipshie will give a lecture to the Association of Justices of the Supreme Court of the State of New York at its annual conference in Fairport, NY on Sept. 15. On Sept. 29, he will lecture to the justices and judges of New York's Fifth Judicial District in Clayton, NY.
