S. Daniel Abraham Israel Program (SDA)
Begin your Yeshiva University journey with
a year of growth in Eretz Yisrael.
What Is the S. Daniel Abraham Israel Program?
The S. Daniel Abraham Israel Program (SDA) is a unique educational partnership between Yeshiva University and more than 40 yeshivot and seminaries across Israel. Over 650 students each year begin their YU experience immersed in Torah learning, spiritual growth, and connection to the land of Israel—all while remaining fully enrolled undergraduate students at YU.
Students study under top Torah scholars, gain fluency in Hebrew, and deepen their Jewish identity. And throughout it all, they’re supported by a dedicated team based at YU’s Caroline and Joseph S. Gruss Institute in Bayit Vegan, Jerusalem.
