Albert Einstein College of Medicine
YU-Einstein Medical Scholars
High school senior applicants should have a demonstrable interest in medicine and be certain that medicine is the lifetime career they want to pursue.
The interest may be demonstrated in a variety of ways, including significant medical-related volunteer hours, personal experiences that focus on medicine, experience with healthcare providers and institutions and/or bio medical research.
YU-Einstein Medical Scholars will be encouraged to explore a wide range of Yeshiva liberal arts and sciences majors, to acquire a broad-based education that can be applied to the study of modern medical science. Students should display commitment to service and community through their extra-curricular activities. Applicants will be required to respond to the following supplemental questions:

UNDERGRADUATE REQUIREMENTS WHILE AT YU
- Maintain a science GPA of 3.75 and an overall GPA of 3.75
- Take 32 credits of core, pre-med courses (BCPM) at Yeshiva University
- Participate in scientific and/or clinical research during the summers between academic years, at AECOM, Yeshiva University, or elsewhere, as approved by the Director of the Medical Scholars Program
- Seek opportunities for community service in underserved areas, special needs camps, as extra-curricular activities, or in other appropriate venues
- Take the MCAT prior to October preceding the year of matriculation or of the academic year in which formal application to AECOM will take place, and receive a minimum score of 515

Biblical and Talmudic Interpretation (M.A.)
Graduate Program in Advanced Talmudic Studies (GPATS)
Join a highly selective cohort of women pursuing advanced, post-college Torah study in Talmud, Tanach, and Halacha. You'll choose a Talmud or Tanach track for morning study paired with afternoon Halacha coursework, building the scholarship and pedagogic training to lead as an educator, scholar-in-residence, or community professional in university, yeshiva, and synagogue settings. GPATS is tuition-free, and full-time students receive a stipend that grows from $7,500 in year one to $20,000 in an optional third year of advanced study. More than 100 GPATS graduates currently serve as Jewish educators and community professionals, with classes held in Manhattan.

Clinical Psychology (Psy.D)
Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology
The Clinical Psychology PsyD Program at Yeshiva University’s Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology was established in 1979 and has been fully accredited by the American psychological Association (APA) since 1985. The program was established and has been maintained in the Scholar-Practitioner tradition and is designed to educate students in the conceptual and empirical foundations of clinical psychology. Students receive extensive training in a variety of assessment, research, and therapeutic approaches. Students are exposed to a curriculum that integrates relevant research and the theoretical foundations of psychology with practical experiences and a wide range of psychological services. The program includes a strong research emphasis. Students receive a broad understanding of the scientific foundations of psychology, which enables them to understand, critically evaluate, and conduct research.

You'll train in a 15,000-square-foot Nursing Simulation & Skills Center, one of the largest and most modern facilities of its kind in New York City, and complete seven clinical rotations across five specialties: medical-surgical, maternity, pediatrics, psychiatric, and community nursing. The program's inaugural cohort achieved a 96% first-time pass rate on the NCLEX-RN, ahead of the national average. Physician Assistant Studies (M.S.)

Train as a versatile, collaborative clinician through 86 credits of medical training, including virtual cadaver and simulation labs and top-tier physical diagnosis coursework. You'll complete 50 weeks of medical and surgical clerkship rotations plus 10 weeks of elective rotations in your area of clinical interest, alongside local and global outreach work, including a medical mission to The Gambia. Across the program's previous three cohorts, 96.5% of graduates passed the PANCE licensure exam on their first attempt.

Physics (M.A.)

Study both foundational and applied physics, from quantum information and wave propagation to statistical thermodynamics and hardware/software development, in labs equipped for mechanics, electromagnetism, optics, lasers, and quantum and nuclear experiments. Speech-Language Pathology (M.S.)

One of the few SLP programs in the country built specifically around the medical side of the field, taking a multidisciplinary approach to speech, language, swallowing, and communication disorders across the lifespan. You'll complete four clinical externships, learn to conduct telehealth sessions, and work hands-on with technology like endoscopy, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound for diagnosing voice and swallowing disorders. The program is accredited by ASHA's Council on Academic Accreditation, preparing you for state licensure and CCC-SLP certification. SLP salaries range from $66,000 to $100,000, in a field projected to grow 25% through 2029.
